Article 1 – Identity of the Seller

Jola Company BV, operating under the trade name Little gem., is located at Cannaerthof(Mar) 7, 8510 Kortrijk, Belgium, and is registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (KBO/CBE) under number 0638.957.113.

Article 2 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases and transactions made via the Little gem. webshop. By placing an order on the webshop, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions of sale.

Article 3 – Product Information and Pricing

All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs within the Benelux are included in the total price and are covered by the seller.

Article 4 – Ordering and Payment

An order placed via the webshop becomes binding upon payment. Payment is processed via the payment methods offered on the webshop (Bancontact). Upon receipt of payment, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email.

Article 5 – Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address provided within the anticipated timeframe. Shipping costs within the Benelux are included in the price. Little gem. is not liable for delayed delivery caused by the carrier; however, we actively monitor any delays and will keep the customer informed. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product has been delivered.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided that the protective sleeve is still around the play mat and it has not been unrolled or used.

The following rules apply to returns:

The customer must complete a return form within the 14-day period (available via the webshop or upon request via email).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods in good condition.
Goods that are damaged or used may be refused and will not be eligible for a refund.

Article 7 – Warranty and Complaints

Complaints regarding defects or non-conformity must be reported via email within 48 hours of receiving the product, including photos as evidence. In the event of a valid complaint, Little gem. will offer a free replacement or a full refund. Complaints can be directed to: hello@littlegem.be

Article 8 – Liability

We are not liable for delayed delivery caused by our carrier. In any event, our liability is limited to the total amount of the order.

Article 9 – Privacy and Data Processing

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Article 10 – Applicable Law and Disputes

All agreements are governed exclusively by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the district where Little gem. is located shall have jurisdiction.
