At Little Gem, we strive to deliver our play mats to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you will find all the information regarding our shipping rates, delivery areas, and customs regulations.

1. Shipping rates & destinations

We offer tiered shipping rates based on your location and order value.

Zone 1: free shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping (no minimum order value) to the following countries:

  • Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France.

Zone 2: Central Europe

  • Countries: Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia.

  • Shipping fee: €18

  • Free shipping: on all orders above €150.

Zone 3: Southern & Northern Europe

  • Countries: Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia and Portugal.

  • Shipping fee: €25

  • Free shipping: on all orders above €175.

Zone 4: extended Europe & Scandinavia

  • Countries: Finland, United Kingdom, Greece, Croatia, Norway, Romania and Serbia.

  • Shipping fee: €30

  • Free shipping: on all orders above €250.

2. Customs, duties & taxes

For international shipments outside the European Union (such as the UK, Norway, Switzerland, and Serbia), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country.

Please note:

  • Little Gem is not responsible for these charges.

  • All customs duties, taxes, and related brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information before placing your order.

3. Delivery times

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. While we aim to deliver as fast as possible, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local carrier services. Our standard delivery time for locations within Europe is 4 business days.

4. Shipping address accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Little Gem cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
